Note to NSDC attendees who wanted a way to download and edit movie clips:  Go to www.Zamzar.com  and follow the prompts.

Note to NSDC attendees who wanted to use a split screen when using PowerPoint so they could see their notes as well as the projected image, open PPT version 2003 or later, and follow these steps:

  1. From the pulldown menu access Slide Show and select Set Up Show..

  2. In the Set Up Show window, enable Show Presenter View....

  3. Select Check, when it prompts you for multiple monitors...
Here is where you need to enable Monitor 2 and extend your Windows desktop onto this monitor.

  4. From here on, your presentation should be good to go.  Be mindful about the extended screen and how your cursor bridges across both of them.

Hope you find this successful where it enhances your presentations.
